    Description
    Burlington Primary Care (Part of Orwell PCN).

    Our aim is to provide our patients with the highest quality of health care services through our multidisciplinary team of health care professionals.

    Band 7 dependant on qualifications and experience. Support with Training
    ~ NHS Pension
    ~6 weeks annual leave + bank holidays

    Care planning

    You will show safe clinical decision-making and expert care for patients within the general practice, in consultation with the duty GP.

    You will work with the multi-disciplinary generalpractice team to support the delivery of policy and procedures and meet the needs of patients.

    Supervision and mentoring will be provided by the appropriate senior medical staff the type of support will depend on the post holders skills and knowledge and determined by our clinical governance arrangements.

    We are a dedicated, patient and staff friendly practice, set close to Ipswich town centre, in a beautiful grade II listed building.

    We have a large number of staff, all working together for the common goal: quality patient care.
    Permanent position.
    6 weeks holiday plus bank holidays.
    Membership to NHS pension scheme with 14.Monthly well-being staff events

    Masters - graduate of a nationally recognised physician associate programme
