    We are entering a hugely exciting phase of our growth with huge ambition for the future. Our Marketing Manager specialising in Savings and Financial Advice will play a key role in helping us achieve this.

    Reporting to the Head of Marketing Communications you will lead the successful planning and timely delivery of the marketing strategy for our Savings and Financial Advice categories. You will be responsible for running campaigns to acquire new customers and cross-sell to existing customers to support our marketing and commercial goals.

    Through your leadership, your team will support delivery of the brand and marketing strategy by helping members save and plan their finances, by building long lasting relationships with new and existing customers and connecting our communities with a better financial future.

    About You

    We are looking for candidates who will bring their passion, expertise, experience and skills to transform our marketing capability and performance. You will be a fast starter and highly commercial marketer who is comfortable using insight to drive tactics, performance and optimise return on investment. You will have excellent influencing skills and be able to manage stakeholders at all levels to secure buy-in and approval for your ideas and initiatives.     Ideally you will have financial services/regulatory environment experience and have run multi-channel marketing campaigns in both a B2C and B2B environment. The ability to multi-task, collaborate effectively and prioritise work is essential.

    The Marketing Communication team plays a key part in helping to connect with customers in a meaningful way by creating communications and activities that promote our brand, our purpose and relevant products to existing customers and new prospects. The team is responsible for marketing management, digital services, brand and creative services and data & insight.
