    Financial Reporting Manager/SeniorMaidenhead, UK
    Permanent, Full-Time

    Our client is a leading accountancy practice in Maidenhead dedicated to delivering exceptional financial services to our diverse client base.

    They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Reporting Manager/Senior to join their financial reporting team.

    The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of financial statements for our clients.

    Lead and manage the financial reporting team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work output.
    Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with UK GAAP and IFRS standards.
    Coordinate with clients to gather necessary financial information and ensure all reporting requirements are met.
    Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
    Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
    Provide technical accounting expertise and guidance to clients and team members as needed.

    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    ACA/ACCA qualification preferred.
    Significant experience in financial reporting, preferably in a professional services or accountancy firm.
