- Manage the bid cycle from opportunity identification, through bid production, to submission.
- Monitoring for new opportunities, notifying colleagues in sales, evaluating opportunities, supporting the bid/no bid process, and reporting bid statistics.
- Lean on excellent writing and evaluation skills, being able to produce compelling copy for bids and support colleagues in producing high quality bid documents.
- Report directly to senior management with any business risks including that identified in RFP's.
- Read and understand requirements from high level RFP's/RFI's/EOI's.
- Experience of writing and understanding of bids and proposals
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to write clearly for an international audience; an excellent eye for detail.
- Understand SQ and PQQ documents
- Experience of bidding for facilities management clients and contracts
