    Join Our Team as a Conduct Risk Lawyer at a Leading Financial Services Firm

    Our client, a prominent financial services firm, is focused on maintaining integrity and compliance at the highest level. They prioritize building a secure and transparent environment for both clients and employees.

    We are looking for a skilled Conduct Risk Lawyer to be part of their dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in regulatory compliance, risk management, and financial services law. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the company's adherence to regulatory standards and managing conduct-related risks.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Offer expert legal guidance on conduct risk matters, regulatory demands, and compliance tactics.
    • Create and execute policies and procedures to handle and reduce conduct risks.
    • Track and interpret changes in regulations, providing advice on their impact within the organization.
    • Conduct risk evaluations and audits to identify potential compliance issues.
    • Collaborate with various teams to foster a culture of compliance and ethical conduct.
    • Represent the company in regulatory inquiries, investigations, and proceedings.
    • Develop and conduct training sessions on conduct risk and compliance for employees at all levels.
    • Draft and review contracts, policies, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with regulations.
    • Coordinate with external legal advisors and regulatory entities as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • At least 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, conduct risk management, or financial services law.
    • Thorough understanding of financial regulations and conduct risk frameworks.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Capability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
    • High ethical standards and a dedication to maintaining confidentiality.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Background in a corporate legal department or a prestigious law firm.
    • Specialized knowledge of specific regulatory bodies such as SEC, FCA.
    • Certifications in compliance or risk management like CRCM, CAMS.
