Royal Society of Chemistry - Systems Support Executive, JournalsThe Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC) has a fantastic opportunity for a Systems Support Executive to join us on a permanent full-time (35-hour week) basis.
At the RSC we embrace flexibility and offer hybrid working, which means our teams come together when they need to collaborate.
Although this role is contractually based at our Cambridge office, you will be able to work from home within the UK, with the expectation that you will attend the office as needed for your role.

As a Systems Support Executive, Journals you will work closely with colleagues in Publishing and Technology to maintain and develop our journals peer review and production systems.
You will be providing technical support and advice while also working with agile product teams to develop our publishing provision and help drive our Digital Transformation strategy.
You would be comfortable context switching between a number of different systems and projects and enjoy a high level of variety in your working day.
We do not require specific technical training, but you should demonstrate the ability to learn new skills and processes quickly.
In this role it is expected that you will attend the office on an ad-hoc basis. If you need flexible working arrangements, please outline this in your application.Good organisational and time-management skills are required together with the ability to work under pressure, prioritise and to meet deadlines
