- Drive business development initiatives and develop relationships with decision-making CxO level executives at leading financial services businesses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify "net new" logo sales opportunities with potential clients in the financial services industry.
- Own the sales cycle "origination through to closure/contract signature" working alongside Pre-Sales teams.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the financial services sector.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Manage contract negotiations with clients and stakeholders.
- A successful Sales background focused on selling solutions within the financial services industry from the big 4, front office and trading desks of Investment Banks, Technology/Software or Fintech.
- Demonstrable experience in "Net New Logo" business development and client relationship management.
- Strong understanding of Financial Services orgs and a CxO network within Capital Markets.
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets to drive business growth.
- Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
