- National Governing Body Swimming Teacher Certificate (Essential) SSTQ | UKCC | STA | ASA
- Proven leadership experience in a swim instruction setting.
- NRASTC or NPLQ qualification is a must
- Commit to a minimum of 5 days per week with Stepping Stones
- Supervise swimmers' progress within our program, ensuring top-notch instruction
- Guide and support new teachers, offer feedback
- Handle customer feedback, resolve issues promptly
- Evaluate class levels, adjust lesson plans for optimal learning
- Facilitate communication between delivery team and office staff
- Cultivate strong relationships with venue staff for a positive learning environment
- Participate in monthly training days at Stepping Stones Head Office EH21 8RX
- Must have a clean driving license and be able to travel to various Stepping Stones venues in the region
