    Product Manager

    The Product Manager plays a crucial role in managing and expanding various product ranges within the Test & Measurement sector. Specializing in bench test and measurement products and equipment, this position involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of these products, from initial concept to market launch and post-launch evaluation.

    As the Product Manager, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that products align with market demands and technological advancements.

    Role Overview

    • Develop and execute product strategies in line with company objectives.
    • Collaborate with Business Development Managers to enhance the product portfolio across customer bases and key accounts.
    • Manage the complete product lifecycle from planning to post-launch support.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Work with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to define product requirements and specifications.
    • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet performance standards.
    • Monitor product performance and collect customer feedback for continuous enhancement.
    • Create product documentation and training materials for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Lead product launch initiatives, including go-to-market planning and execution.

    Experience & Skills Required

    • Proven track record as a Product Manager in the Test & Measurement industry or related field.
    • Deep understanding of bench test and measurement products, equipment, or EMC.
    • Effective project management and organizational abilities.
    • Capability to conduct thorough market analysis and interpret complex data.
    • Strong communication and presentation aptitude.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Technical background with a solid grasp of engineering principles.
    • Degree in Engineering, Business, or a relevant field is a plus.
