    Job Type: Fixed Term Contract (12 months)

    Location: This role is based in our Edinburgh offices with time spent working in the office and at home.

    Flexible working: All of our roles are open to part-time, job-share and other types of flexibility. We will discuss what is important to you and balancing this with business requirements during the recruitment process.

    Salary and benefits: c£60,000 plus 16% bonus up to 32%, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, excellent pension, 12x salary life assurance, career breaks, income protection, 3x volunteering days and much more

    The role

    The role holder will drive the next stage of our member presentation proposition ensuring all internal and external outputs are delivered to scope, time, and budget. The role-holder will need to build effective relationships across Marketing and the Workplace Savings business, and the ability to engage and influence these stakeholders through clear and articulate communication will be essential. The team are responsible for communications to clients and members through an omnichannel approach and its crucial the role holder has extensive experience of DC member presentations and innovation in this space. Measuring the effectiveness of activity is a key part of the role, building continuous improvement into our comms planning and delivery.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Drive innovation in delivery and execution of multi-channel member presentations
  • Input into bottom-up campaign planning to define deliverables and resource requirements
  • Ensure core collateral and content are fit for purpose based on a robust understanding of the market
  • Innovate and initiate member feedback/insight through a range of different sources to inform future iterations of presentation approaches . quantitative and qualitative insight, data and analytics, client analytics, external and internal stakeholder feedback, insight from Distribution and Operations colleagues
  • Support the delivery of Marketing Campaigns and initiatives to time, scope and budget
  • Support evolvement of wider webinar programme including innovation with Master Trust proposition
  • Traffic manage all campaign assets through production processes to ensure delivery to time and scope
  • Use knowledge of market trends, audience and competitor landscape to make decisions
  • Adopt standards and processes and embed best practice within campaigns and activities
  • What are we looking for?

    Essential:

  • Experience of delivering member presentations in a multi-channel environment
  • Experience of managing and delivery of client projects (Contract, Own Trust & Master Trust) in DC Workplace
  • Understanding of campaign measurement and member insights, and the ability to build improvement into activity based on results
  • Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills
