    Description

    Job Title: Assistant M&A Specialist for M&A e-learning website + deal sourcing

    Job goal : Assistant to M&A education content development

    Location: Turing House, M15 5RL

    About Employer:

    • E-learning community website on M&A ( )
    • Courses = M&A transaction, due diligence, financing, LBO, valuation, private equities, fundamental analysis ~~~
    • Early-stage

    Contract Details:

    • 1-year contract with a 3-month probation with a potential extension based on performance.
    • Initially, £22K ~ £25K annually , depending on experience and job coverage.
    • Performance bonus, based on individual KPI
    • Basic bonus, depending on the company's performance as we pass our BEP
    • Onsite work from 9am to 5pm (1hour lunchtime).
    • As the company grows, you will be given better and more opportunities to grow with the company

    Key Roles and Responsibilities:

    1. Content Development Support:

    • Assist in designing and producing engaging M&A-related educational materials using PowerPoint.
    • Extract key finance concepts from lecture scripts to enhance the clarity and impact of visual content.
    • Insert relevant icons, diagrams, and data into presentation slides to aid in content delivery.

    2. Research and Course Enhancement:

    • Support the creation and continuous improvement of M&A course materials, focusing on investment valuation and Excel modelling.
    • Contribute to writing M&A investment reports and updating educational content on the company blog.

    3. Sub-management of our website:

    • Learn website interface and assist with content updates.
    • Collaborate with our web developer to suggest improvements for the e-learning experience.

    4. Involve in M&A advisory jobs occasionally:

    • Sometimes you can be involved in advisory jobs
    • Write valuation reports for clients
    • M&A deal origination in the UK and Europe and sales in South Korea

    Citizenship Requirements:

    • MUST hold a British passport .

    Essential Requirements:

    • Fascinating Excel Modelling skills (You need to prove this)
    • Excellent PowerPoint skills
    • Corporate Valuation knowledge
    • Major in Finance or similar ones
    • Minimum 1 year or more experience in the related industry
    • Great research skills and analytical attitude
    • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, keen eyes for detail

    Preferred Requirements:

    • Master's degree
    • CPA certificate
    • Passionate about M&A transactions
