    Discovery Land Company is a US-based developer and operator of private residential club communities with a world-renowned portfolio of domestic and international properties.

    Taymouth Castle Golf and Sport Club is Discovery Land's second European private members-only golf & sport community.

    Nestled between two national parks and at the head of Loch Tay in Kenmore, Perthshire, the club incorporates several land estates and is rich in history with dramatic views and the offer of endless adventures.

    This private lifestyle-driven community will offer 125 residences, a world-class golf course and practice facility, wellness and recreation facilities, a range of outdoor pursuits as well as a refurbished 19 th century castle to offer a clubhouse with a range of food & beverage outlets and indoor activities when fully established.

    The Club also offers additional facilities at Glenlyon, a nearby farm and mountain estate.

    This exciting role of Fitness and Wellness Specialist is part of a close-nit team committed to providing an un-paralleled experience in wellness and recreation.

    Leading our wellness program and enhancing the overall health and vitality of our community, while playing a key part in developing and implementing innovative wellness initiatives.

    We strive to promote holistic well-being in every aspect of our offering, creating a variety of bespoke wellness activities and events for our community.

    Managing our state-of-the-art fitness centre including our riverside outdoor gym and outdoor fitness trails.

    Although this role will cover our Fitness and Wellness Specialist's maternity leave you will be a permanent addition to our small wellness team supporting with this exciting project as it expands.

    We are on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced wellness specialist whose life passion is centric to health and wellbeing.

    An enthusiastic motivator with a real can-do and positive attitude with a desire to enhance our fitness and wellbeing program.

    Engaging with our members and guests, design and create bespoke personalised training programs which align with their individual needs.

    Develop training sessions and group classes in Pilates, Yoga, Strength Training and Cardiovascular fitness.
    Deliver an exceptional members' journey from the initial greeting to delivery of the session and aftercare. Building relationships and rapport with the members and their guests to create a safe, comfortable and memorable experience. Offering advice and sharing knowledge in topics relating to health and wellness.

    Developing the wellness team, scheduling rotas, planning and organising team building; ensuring all the services being provided align with the high levels of standard associated with the club.

    Maintain stringent operating standards and health and safety compliance including the equipment, the cleanliness and freshness of the fitness facilities.

    Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders within the club operations and at other facilities within the estate to ensure as a team our members and their guests have a magical stay at their 'home from home' creating a memorable experience.

    There is a tremendous amount of flexibility within this opportunity.

    In terms of the days worked which will ebb and flow and match with the requirements of our members and their guests.

    The hours are part-time (October to April).

    At peak times throughout the summer (May to September) you will be required to scale up to full time hours.

    You will be qualified to level 3 globally recognised Personal Training qualification (NVQ Level 3 in Personal Training, Active IQ, Reps, ACSM, ACE, TPI, NSCA, NASM) and a PVG membership.

    An added advantage would be Golf, Pilates, Sports Performance, Exercise to Music, Barre, Rehabilitation or Sports Therapy qualifications.

    A minimum of five years' experience with previous exposure within a luxury fitness private members club or gym being a distinct advantage; Stay current with industry trends and best practices in fitness and wellness to continuously enhance the club's offerings.
