This is a brand new headcount, so fantastic opportunity to make the position your own and play an important part in the growth of the London office.
The role of Client Services & Onboarding Analyst is to act as the primary point of contact, for the local client community, building relationships and contributing to the development of their business via customised service solutions.
The primary focus of this role will be to review account opening paperwork and create new accounts on the Company's system, as well as perform client due diligence and money laundering checks in a timely manner.
Perform AML and due diligence checks on new accounts and periodic reviews.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to process the account opening.
To abide by and assist in the evolution of all policies and procedures governing the delivery of services to clients.
To meet all regulatory and legal requirements.To keep abreast of current technical, market and regulatory changes that could affect the company's ability to deliver service.
Plan, implement and control a project with appropriate monitoring.Give support to the communication of appropriate policies and processes for the development of the organisational strategy.
Develop knowledge regarding the position of the Company in the industry and in the overall political economic and regulatory environment.
