    Description

    I am working with a growing pharmaceutical company who provide over-the-counter (OTC) pharmaceutical products dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of customers.

    They're currently in the next phase of growth for the company as they're overtaking a consumer portfolio from a huge company in the pharmaceutical industry.....


    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced OTC Pharmaceuticals Specialist to join our team.

    The successful candidate will play a key role in product development, regulatory compliance, marketing strategies, and customer support within the OTC pharmaceutical sector.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new OTC pharmaceutical products, from concept to commercialization.

    Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape in the OTC healthcare market.

    Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards governing the manufacturing, labelling, and marketing of OTC pharmaceutical products.
    Develop and execute marketing plans, promotional campaigns, and educational initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive product sales.

    Provide technical expertise and support to internal stakeholders, external partners, and customers on OTC pharmaceutical products, usage, and safety.

    Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or related field. PharmD, MBA) preferred.
    Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on OTC products.
    Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, EMA) related to OTC pharmaceuticals.

    Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Proven track record of successful product launches, market analysis, and strategic planning in the OTC pharmaceutical sector.
