    Description
    Our client, an independent law firm based in London, is seeking a HR Advisor to join their team.

    They have ambitious growth plans, and this is an exciting opportunity to join the team as their first dedicated HR hire.

    This is a standalone role, so would suit somebody who is used to working autonomously.

    This is a hybrid role with flexibility in terms of where you work best, but you must be able to attend the office at least once a week and as required for in person meetings.


    Requirements:
    CIPD level 5 or equivalent experience 3+ years' experience at HR Advisor levelStrong Employee Relations experience Experience creating and implementing new policies Ability to work autonomously, influence at senior levels, and communicate effectivelyHigh attention to detail

    Key Responsibilities:

    Determining and delivering HR's strategic prioritiesLead workforce planning processes to assess future needs, including skills gaps and succession planningProducing and analysing data to support decision-makingProvide expert employment law advice and guidanceSupport line managers with casework issues, including disciplinary and grievance cases, sickness absence management and welfare concernsManage the recruitment process from role design to selection and offer stages, including recruitment administration and on-boardingManage HR related platforms and toolsProvide guidance on employment relations issues and ensure HR policies are in line with current legislationImplement new HR initiatives and projectsSome of the benefits: 25 days holiday + bank holidays Enhanced pension scheme Private medical insurance Life Assurance & Critical Illness cover Company mobile phone or phone bill contribution The salary for this role is up to £46,000.
