- Delivering meetings both onsite and/or remotely
- Supporting clients in the lead up to their meeting
- Attending pre-meeting rehearsals and training sessions with clients
- Producing webcasts / facilitating voting and Q&A in our software
- Implementation of solutions onsite, in live environments
- Ensuring that our products and services are delivered to the highest possible standards
- Good general knowledge of IT
- Proficient in the use of MS office
- Confident and comfortable in client-facing situations
- Passionate and knowledgeable about technology, and open to learning new software
- Enjoy travelling, within the UK and abroad, and have a flexible approach to working hours
- Be capable of lifting 23kgs of equipment
- Capable of managing several projects simultaneously
- Hold a full UK driving license
- Be eligible to live and work in the UK
- Experience with broadcast software e.g. VMix, Vimeo and Zoom Webinar
- Knowledge of Audio Visual (AV) hardware

Location:
This will be a full-time role primarily based in our office in Liphook, Hampshire.
The role:
You will be responsible for the smooth running and delivery of our client's Annual General Meeting's (AGMs) and member meetings using our proprietary technology. These meetings can take place onsite and may require you to travel, or will be run virtually from the office in Liphook.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing company in the meetings industry, which continues to be innovative, and brings technology to the forefront. It is also an opportunity to work alongside many major companies, membership associations and sporting federations. This position is incredibly varied and will suit someone working well within a team as well as being self-motivated to deliver successful meetings.

A typical day for you at Lumi can be unpredictable and varied. You could be involved in the production of your next meeting (or supporting one of your colleagues), onsite or remotely running a meeting.
Overseas and UK travel feature frequently in this role.
The Applicant:
There are certain skills we require for the role, however personality is the main driver of those that have succeeded in the past. We need people with a fantastic work ethic, positive attitude, and the self-confidence to communicate effectively with senior executives, CEOs and company directors. While IT qualifications are considered beneficial; in the past we have recruited graduates in Politics, Physics, Ocean Science, History and Media Studies that have excelled, and gone on to senior roles within the company.

Comprehensive training will be provided on Lumi software, hardware, and meeting delivery. You will learn on the job within a supportive team.
Hours of work: 9-5.30pm, Monday to Friday is schedule dependent. However, some meetings will take place outside these hours and over the weekend, and you will be required to work these. Any weekends worked will be reimbursed with additional leave.
Process:
Successful candidates will be contacted and asked to take part in an initial video call, this will be followed by face to face interviews.
