    Description

    Forseven, a revolutionary company looking to transform the EV industry through cutting-edge technology and innovative engineering practices, is seeking an exceptional IT Site Support Engineer to join our highly skilled and dynamic IT team.

    This pivotal role will operate out of our Guildford office, where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.

    With its rapid growth trajectory and dynamic nature, Forseven offers you an exceptional platform to help drive strategy as we expand into new horizons

    In this role you will provide first and second line support for Forseven colleagues supporting the growth and development of the IT services and provisions.

    Working closely with the external service desk provider and the wider IT team you will be the physical presence fronting IT technical support and help maintain the company IT infrastructure.


    • Troubleshoot IT issues in a positive and timely fashion
    • Ensure there is an adequate supply of IT-related stock for a business, such as cables, routers, adapters and any other equipment necessary for the functioning of their systems.
    • Supporting projects across the organization where appropriate
    Hold or be willing to work towards a related NVQ Level 3


    • Full valid driving license is desirable
    Previous IT experience advantageous


    • Knowledge of Windows and macOS environments.
    • Basic networking knowledge.
    Confident & professional telephone manner
