- You will have a fully embedded induction programme delivered by Thames Water and Seetec Outsource Training and Skills.
- A journey of learning activities over the length of the apprenticeship programme.
- Access to online learning and an e-portfolio where you will be able to gather evidence to demonstrate your performance ensuring your apprenticeship – this evidence can be used towards your end point assessment.
- Allocation of an apprenticeship delivery coach who will carry out: regular training, assessment and support visits to ensure you acquire new learning, knowledge skills and behaviours to progress and develop, identify, track and support 20% off the job training activities, quarterly formal progress review meetings; identifying learning achievements and next steps.
- Apprenticeship Course Duration is 12- months plus end point assessment. (3-6 months)

What you'll be doing
as a HGV/LGV Driver C+E ApprenticeWhen you join, you'll become part of our thriving apprentice network and enjoy a comprehensive and tailored induction programme. This will be followed by a bespoke development programme to support your personal and professional development and enhance your career progression. As part of this, you'll get involved in a range of activities and gain knowledge in areas such as mental health and wellbeing, sustainability and health and safety. In addition, you'll join a variety of events, including our annual raft race.
