Salary: Inside London starting from £34,904pa
Outside London starting from £31,250pa

We haveanexciting opportunity for aSenior CustomerRelations Officer to assist and manage the growing teamof Stage 2 reviewers covering Maternity Leave for 12 months.
If you are an exceptional customer focusedindividual with experience in leading a teamand consider yourself to be a high-end achiever who not only meets and exceeds targets but also thrives under pressure in our fast paced environment; then you should consider applying for this role.
This role will see you balance50% of your time spent providingessential leadership to yourteamand 20% allocatingthe teams day to day activities to ensure they deliver team and individual targets, and we are compliant with the Housing Ombudsman complaint handling code asdetailed in the role profile.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a quick learner with good influencing skills to manageyour people and havea confident approach as you'll be coaching and mentoring your colleagues, so itis essential you have excellent and effective communication skills to lead colleagues.
