Property Manager - Ipswich, United Kingdom - East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust
Description
Job overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, reliable individual with good communication skills and an eye for detail to join our small and friendly team as the Engagement Officer for the Suffolk and North East Essex Integrated Care Partnership.
You will be a keen multi-tasker, who enjoys working across a diverse range of projects, communicating with both internal staff and external partners. You will be able to bring your strong organisational and administrative skills to the team, helping manage day to day tasks and larger projects which focus on strengthening involvement, participation and co-production.
This role will provide important administrative support to the Partnerships and Communities team to ensure that we provide effective and timely support to system partners in relation to involvement, participation and co-production. Tasks will include co-ordination and clerical support to ensure the smooth running of a number of forums and networks, providing support for the planning and delivery of in-person and online events and providing an efficient administrative process to manage enquiries.
You will have a very positive, 'can do' attitude and be able to prioritise, plan and organise your time efficiently and effectively. No two days will be quite the same in this varied and flexible role. If you are as comfortable spending a day with the team as you are working independently and confidently with new people and are highly organised this could be the job for you.
Main duties of the job
Working for our organisation
We are ESNEFT and we provide hospital and community health services to almost one million people across east Suffolk and north Essex. Our dedicated staff deliver care from acute hospitals in Colchester and Ipswich, community hospitals, surgeries, community clinics and in patients' own homes.
We are one of the largest NHS organisations in England, employing more than 12,000 staff.
We pride ourselves on supporting our staff. We offer a wide range of training and development opportunities, as well as flexible working options.
Along with supporting you to achieve your career goals we offer a generous pension scheme, unsocial hours payments (where applicable), 27 days annual leave on commencement (pro rata) and access to a range of NHS discounts. Our Staff Health and Wellbeing programme offer a variety of services.
Our philosophy is that Time Matters to everyone. Across the Trust, we concentrate on improving the things we do and removing those which cause time delays for our staff and patients.
We are investing in our commitment to Time Matters with a partnership with leading electronic patient record (EPR) supplier Epic. This digital transformation will bring what's widely regarded as the world's best EPR system to ESNEFT, transforming life in hospital for staff and patients.
If you are passionate about patient care and want to develop your skills and knowledge, then we want to hear from you.
