    The AV team is organically grown, from the Head of theDepartment down to the Senior Execs the majority of the teamhas been promoted into their role after proving their ability to
    excel and commit to their client's needs.

    As an Account Director for the CTV and BVOD channels, you will be at the heart of this AV teamconversing and learning from the leadership team(with years of industry experience)as well as forging relationships with your fellow AccountDirectors and Managers.

    The AV team is a team not just a department.

    AV Investment works in close collaboration with Media Planners,and the Digital Investment team to help design integratedsolutions to meet our clients' communication challenges.

    This role will help lead BVOD and CTV media activity planning andoverseeing a campaign from brief to activation and review.

    Leading a team of AV buyers to deliver best-in-class activationacross BVOD and CTV
    Negotiating with various sales house teams to drive addedvalue opportunities for our clients
    Keeping abreast of changes within the AV marketplace - sharing market intelligence with the AV team and the wider business (where relevant)
    Working with your AV team to deliver innovative responses tobriefs
    Demonstrable experience within an AV department withexcellent knowledge in BVOD andCTV.

    You should have planned and bought these mediums before andbe able to confidently talk about the current media landscape and market news within AV.

    Excellent team/department management skills team. Have excellent client management skills and not be afraid tochallenge briefs
    A good knowledge of the programmatic video ecosystem
    Have high levels of experience in managing client/AV financeprocesses
