    Description

    Key Activities

    • Helping to lead product initiatives including new fund launches, restructures, and regulatory projects, working on the full life-cycle
    • Act as a subject matter internally for product ideas and initiatives, meeting with the sales and investment teams to drive initiatives forward
    • Manage and implement project plans for taking initiatives forward
    • Working closely with risk, legal, tax, operations, distribution, structuring and marketing teams

    Experience

    • Degree level with strong academic background
    • CFA, IMC, Accounting qualification a plus
    • Ideally, experience in product development initiatives, working end-to-end across private markets, semi liquids with liquid alternative UCITs
    • Understanding of how funds are structured and delivered with strong regulatory knowledge
    • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at the same time, and prioritise appropriately
    • Ability to be a self-starter and manage complex implementation plans for new product launches
    • Thorough knowledge and the ability to analyse key competitors and the competitive environment
    • Good working knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment
    • Ability to build strong working relationships
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
