    Join a leading multi-site food manufacturing company, dedicated to delivering high-quality food products to consumers nationwide. They are currently seeking a skilled Product Developer to join their NPD Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the creation of innovative food products.


    Position Overview:
    The company is looking to add a Product Developer to their NPD Team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and launching new food products.

    If you have a passion for food innovation and a track record of success in product development, this position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within a growing company.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop new food product concepts and formulations.
    • Conduct research and experimentation to create innovative and marketable products.
    • Coordinate product trials and sensory evaluations to ensure quality and consistency.
    • Work closely with suppliers to source highquality ingredients and materials.
    • Develop and maintain product specifications and documentation.
    • Keep abreast of industry trends and consumer preferences to drive innovation

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
    • Previous experience in product development within the food industry is preferred.
    • Strong culinary skills and creativity.
    • Excellent project management and organisational abilities.
    • Effective communication and collaboration skills

    Benefits:
