    Description

    LGBT Great careers, powered by The Ocean Partnership, supports the investment industry in building diverse high performing teams.

    As the Product Developer you will be responsible for new product idea generation to product launch as well as managing changes to existing products.

    Key remits:

    • Lead on product change initiatives, new share class launches, fund closures and mergers
    • Proactive product idea generation
    • Leading launch project groups and managing key stakeholders in delivering within development budgets
    • Complete post launch product reviews
    • Liaise extensively internally to ensure full understanding of regulatory environment around new product idea

    Experience:

    • Proven Asset Management experience with a good product development/ launch lifecycle experience
    • Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
    • Experience of UK Domiciled funds would be ideal, would also consider SICAV and UCIT background
