    Job Title: Product Manager

    Location: York, UK (Hybrid model)

    Role Summary:

    As Product Manager, you will be the driving force behind both the technical delivery and creative evolution of our products. You will act as the champion of our solutions, balancing agile project management with client engagement and team collaboration. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, including daily interactions with the CEO, CPO, and CTO, providing significant mentoring and career development.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Product Strategy and Management:

    • Lead the product development lifecycle from concept through delivery, championing both agile methodologies and creative solutioning.
    • Serve as the lead to both onshore and offshore development teams, steering product development through an iterative approach, while ensuring alignment with business goals.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritise requirements, ensuring our products align with market needs and company vision.
    • Actively participate in and host client webinars and discussions to gather feedback and foster strong relationships.

    Design and Specification:

    • Produce wireframes and user stories as part of the development process to clarify requirements and guide the design and development teams.

    Team Collaboration and Leadership:

    • Serve as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and mutual understanding of product goals.
    • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
    • Guide and motivate team members, emphasising the importance of both agile practices and customer-centric product enhancements.

    Client Engagement and Advocacy:

    • Regularly interact with clients to understand their needs and challenges, ensuring our products effectively solve real-world problems.
    • Represent and advocate for our product suite in various settings, from internal meetings to industry conferences.

    Hybrid Work Model:

    • Comfortable working under a hybrid model, accessible to our York office with the expectation of being on-site three days a week to collaborate with the team.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Proven Experience in Product Management: Demonstrated ability to manage and launch products using Agile methodologies. Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.
    • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to articulate complex technical details and product value propositions clearly to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
    • Leadership and Collaborative Skills: Experience leading cross-functional teams and working collaboratively within an agile framework.
    • Design and Prototyping: Proficiency in producing wireframes and functional prototypes as part of the product specification process.
    • Client-focused: Strong client engagement skills with a track record of developing effective solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and success.
    • Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Ability to utilise metrics and feedback to inform strategic decisions and enhance product offerings.
