Account-Based Marketing Strategy Development:

Account Segmentation and Targeting:
Identify and prioritise key personas and individuals within accounts based on strategic importance, revenue potential, and alignment with hyperexponential revenue objectives.
Content Strategy and Development:
Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling and personalized content tailored to the needs and challenges of target accounts.
Campaign Management:
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to engage target accounts across various touchpoints including email, social media, events, and digital advertising.
Utilize data-driven insights to personalize marketing initiatives and deliver targeted messaging to key stakeholders within strategic accounts.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Sales, Product, Customer and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and integration of account-based marketing initiatives with broader organisational goals and strategies.
Performance Tracking and Optimization:
Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of account-based marketing campaigns, leveraging metrics and KPIs to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within strategic accounts, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B marketing, with a focus on account-based marketing or strategic account management - ideally within a particularly niche marketStrong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices, particularly in the niche B2B space.
Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategies.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (hubspot), CRM systems (salesforce), and analytics tools.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on driving measurable impact and ROI through account-based marketing initiatives.
