Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the oil and gas industry and a proven track record of managing operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the company's projects and ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Manage and coordinate the activities of the operations team.
Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics and KPIs.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve the company's goals.
Lead and mentor team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
