    About the team:

    This role will be responsible for developing high quality analysis and reporting to support decision making within Client Support. As a key member of an analytics & reporting team you will work with stakeholders across the organisation to gain insights and make recommendations to drive improvements in productivity and customer experience.

    What you will be doing:

    • To lead on data analysis and reporting within Client Support by using relevant quantitative methods and present findings.
    • To work with key stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
    • Uses predictive modelling, statistics, trend analysis and other data analysis techniques to collect, explore and identify data to be analyzed from internal and external sources
    • Assists business analysts with finding patterns and relationships in data.
    • Shares knowledge with other members of analytics team.
    • Evaluates and improves internal tools and processes.
    • Other related duties assigned as needed.

    What you bring:

    • Possesses strong presentation skills
    • Requires experience in relational database structures, research methods, sampling techniques and system testing
    • Proficient in working with large-scale business data sets including skills in SQL, Power BI and Advanced Excel skills. Experience with statistical modelling and related software (e.g. Python, R)
