    Description

    An established main contractor working across East Anglia in the residential new build and refurbishment sector, this forward-thinking, ambitious business draws on a wealth of experience, having established itself as one of the contractors of choice in the region.


    As Contracts Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple residential construction projects ranging from £1m to £10m in value across East Anglia, working closely with an exciting variety of clients with full autonomy to deliver works from start to finish.


    Overseeing and managing all aspects of the construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to a high-quality standard.


    • Managing and coordinating sub-contractors, suppliers and materials, ensuring compliance with contracts and specifications.
    • Managing all contractual aspects of the construction projects, including variations, claims, and disputes.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, sub-contractors, and colleagues.
    • Experience managing contract housebuilding projects ranging from £1m to £10m in value.
    Ideally Degree, HND or NVQ qualified in Construction Management.


    • A proactive attitude to building client relationships.
    • Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
