    Our Trust is in search of a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to become part of our team.

    Salary: Grade F (Point 12 – 17) £26,421 - £28,770 per annum pro-rata, Term time only plus INSET days.


    This is a PERMANENT position requiring 33.75 hours per week:

    • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday - 8:15 am to 3:15 pm, with a 45-minute lunch break.
    • Thursday 8:15 am to 4:45 pm, with a 45-minute lunch break.
    • Additional hour for an after-school club or Intervention.

    (Actual Salary approximately £20,567 - £22,396)


    Start Date: February 2024

    The TEACH Poole Multi Academy Trust was established in April 2015, with all our schools being graded as good or outstanding by Ofsted. Our schools are well-received, forward-thinking, and have a supportive staff with amazing children.

    We are seeking two Higher Level Teaching Assistants to join our Trust, with the ability to work across primary school ages. The successful candidates will cover classes for PPA daily and have time for weekly planning within the year group team.
