    Description

    We have partnered with a well established UK lender specialising in Mortgage products.

    Working with both intermediary's and internal BDM's as well as other internal teams and senior underwriters to ensure a successful process.

    Assess loan applications and all relevant documentation and ensure completeness to internal standardsCase ownership throughout the cycle - driving process forwardLiaison with all 3rd parties, solicitors, other financial institutions etcTracking all applications on internal systemsProduction and despatch of offers in compliance with internal policyConduct all checks to ensure loan is compliant with policyApprove loan offers presented by assessors within authority limits and submit further recommendations if needed Adherence to internal 'within guideline' or 'outside guideline' approval processAdvise on process improvements and efficiencies where applicableAttend meetings as requiredAd
    • Hoc tasks as required by underwriting managers and Head of LoansCandidate profileExperience working in a mortgage underwriting or assessor roleKnowledge of Buy to Let (BTL), Owner Occupier and HMO productsKnowledge of current FCA guidelinesExperience of working with manual underwriting processesFull right to work in the UKAble to travel to office location 1 day pwNorthreach is an equal opportunity employer and we do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment based on race, colour, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or age.
