    Role:Membership SalesAdvisor

    Location:Bermondsey

    Salary:24000 (OTE: 29000)

    This is afantastic opportunity for a naturally driven sales person to bepart of a brand new 24/7 gym in the heart of Bermondsey. AnytimeFitness is an exciting 24/7 gym franchise with more than 180 clubscurrently open in the UK with customer service at itscore.

    We are looking for a naturally proactivefocused sales driven individual to be part of our Membership SalesTeam who can generate fresh leads and convert them into membershipsales.

    You will have an outgoing personality andbe extremely confident in facetoface meetings and on the telephone.Ideally you will be adept at social media and full of ideas how toreach prospective new members in the local area. You will also beprocessing membership admin and assisting existing members to gainthe most from theirmembership.

    Requirements:

    Ahighenergy extroverted personality * Naturally sales focused andtarget driven. * Preferably experienced in selling * Approachableand personable with a sense of fun * Adept at SocialMedia

    Our ideal candidate willbe:

    Friendly energetic andproactive with an outgoing personality * Naturally sales focused *Selfmotivated and target driven. * Organised with efficientmanagement of the sales process. * An outstandingcommunicator.

    Due to the flexible workingpatterns that include evenings and weekends it is important thatyou live within a reasonable commute toEpsom.

    Responsibilities andDuties

    Promoting and representingthe AF brand by generating awareness of the new club within thelocal catchment area.

    Recruit new members inorder to achieve set sales targets.

    Provideprecise information to prospective members in an efficient andprofessional manner.

    Communicate with prospectsby phone email and faceto face * Planning and running marketing andmember events in and out of club

    Undertakedaily operational duties around club including but limited toresetting the gym floor cleaning gym equipment general housekeeping and service duties.

    Open and closingshifts of the club including early late middle and weekend shiftson a rota basis as per the businessneeds.

    Qualifications andSkills

    Our ideal candidate willhave experience selling in a target driven environment and willhave excellent interpersonal and administrative skills. Previoushandling of business social media accounts is an advantageparticularly Facebook and Instagram.

    However yourpersonality customer service focus drive and energy is morevaluable than experience.
