    The Role

    As an UKG Configuration Consultant, you will be working within the retails/logistics domain in UK. You will perform the UKG Pro configuration development within the Platform as part of the Implementation.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Work closely with Project Managers and Solution Architect, communicating and understanding goals required to complete required tasks on time.
    • Assess, design, and develop functional meeting customer requirements.
    • Assist Services teams with integration discovery and scoping.
    • Provide solution leadership to drive continuous improvement of processes.
    • Lead all aspects of UKG PRO Workforce management configurations, implementations, modifications and upgrades of time and attendance initiatives including gathering and defining requirements, gap analysis, design, development.
    • Develop strong relationships with our third-party service providers; ensuring support and development services meet and exceed expectations.
    • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; listen effectively and clarify information as needed.
    • Be a collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to develop effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation.
    • Understand the requirements from the client or from the regional consultants.
    • Conduct workshops to identify requirements, document the requirements, and develop prototypes to use to confirm requirements back to the customer.
    • Deploy and release to production environment.

    Your Profile

    Key skills/knowledge/experience:

    • Experience implementing and configuring UKG PRO WFM Accruals & Time and attendance modules.
    • Ability to assess, design, and develop functional meeting customer requirements.
    • Ability to assist Services teams with integration discovery and scoping.
    • Comfortable working within a cloud-based environment.
    • Excellent organisational and time management skills to include the ability to multi-task, manage multiple priorities, and effectively manage projects in a diverse organisation.
    • Ability to be flexible with working hours and travel as required to support business priorities & deadlines.
    • Excellent knowledge and experience in UKG PRO WFM functional aspects.
    • Experience implementing UKG solutions using UKG products in customer environments such as multiple locations and/or departments.
    • Experienced creating detailed functional implementation plans and migrating changes into production.
    • Good understanding of the UK/EU compliance and Legal standards such as GDPR.
    • Extensive experience on Inbound and Outbound integrations from UKG PRO WFM.
    • Advanced-level knowledge of the UKG PRO WFM
    • Strong hands-on experience in UKG PRO WFM modules such as Timekeeper, Accruals and Advance Scheduler.
    • Payroll management/processing experience.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Good customer interfacing skills.

    Good to have:

    • Advance Scheduler, Forecasting, Device Manger
    • Excellent architecture skill set.
    • Experience in logistics companies.
