    OVERVIEW:
    We are seeking a talented and experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a dynamic team in London.

    As a Private Client Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to work on a broad spectrum of private client matters, catering to a high-net-worth clientele.

    This role is ideal for an individual with 3-6 years of PQE who is passionate about delivering top-notch legal advice and building lasting client relationships.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Managing a diverse caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate planning, and trusts.
    • Advising high-net-worth clients on complex estate and tax planning issues.
    • Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
    • Providing expert legal guidance and representation in court when necessary.
    • Building and maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional service and clear communication.
    • Keeping abreast of changes in private client law and tax regulations to ensure clients receive the most up-to-date advice

    THE CANDIDATE:

    The successful candidate will satisfy the following criteria:

    • 3-6 years of post-qualification experience as a Private Client Solicitor.
    • Qualified solicitor with current SRA registration.
    • Strong knowledge of private client law, including wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal matters independently.
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality legal services.
    • Team player with a collaborative mindset
