The Role: We are currently looking for an Operations Administrator to join our team and cover maternity leave.
This position involves a 12-month contract starting from mid or late July 2024 until July 2025.The role is based in Glasgow and will be remote, with expected collaboration with colleagues in Glasgow and occasional travel to London.
Responsibilities include providing administrative and operational support across the business, managing busy inboxes, completing client questionnaires and tender documents, and handling ad hoc tasks such as organizing team social events or creating presentations as needed.
Managing weekly payroll for temporary staff and ensuring timely submission to our external payroll provider.
Maintaining internal procedures, policies, and guidance notesCultivating relationships with external stakeholders (insurance, data privacy, payroll/finance, CRM providers, job boards, etc.).
Despite being a part-time role that is more 'behind the scenes,' we are looking for an individual who brings energy, drive, and plays an integral role in shaping the business and company culture.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)Prior experience in the legal or recruitment field is beneficial but not required.
