    Project Manager (Agile Methodology & Salesforce Implementation)

    I am currently working with the Transformation team of an international organization at the forefront of positive global change.

    These are Senior Project Manager roles with a not-for-profit, focussing on multiple streams of work across digitalization, agile uplift, technical, data optimization, and more.

    Position Overview:

    We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with expertise in Agile methodology and Salesforce implementation to oversee and execute various projects within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables, while ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure phases, adhering to Agile principles and best practices
    • Large scale Salesforce Implementation Program
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and requirements
    • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgetary constraints
    • Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, implementing effective solutions to overcome obstacles
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and external partners
    • Drive Salesforce implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful deployment and user adoption
    • Provide regular project status updates to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and key milestones.

    Qualifications :

    • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a technology-driven environment
    • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean practices
    • Demonstrated experience in managing Salesforce implementation projects, including configuration, customization, and integration
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project is desirable
    • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Certified App Builder) are a plus
