- Develop and execute overall client transformation strategies aligned with Beyond's vision and objectives.
- Identify client needs, goals and pain points to drive the development of tailored transformation plans.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients of leveraging data analytics solutions to achieve business objectives.
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end implementation of client Projects
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with the Client Transformation Manager and the clients.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key clients' stakeholders including C-suite executives, to understand their business challenges and provide relevant solutions.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness and impact of initiatives, making any necessary adjustments.
- Mentor and Inspire professionals across the business providing knowledge and guidance to ensure high performance and growth.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting knowledge sharing and cross functional collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. A master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience (8+ years) in client transformation roles ideally within the data analytics industry.
- Strong knowledge of data analytics concepts, methodologies and tools.
- Demonstrated success in leading complex client transformation projects from initiation to successful completion.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships at various organisational levels.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record for effectively leading and motivating teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to think strategically and solve problems in a data-drive manner.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering value to clients and achieving business objectives.

We are seeking an experienced Client Transformation Director to join our London based team. You will be responsible for driving successful client transformations, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of our data analytics solutions, and ensuring everything we deliver meets the brief, whilst looking for the next opportunity to add value to our Clients' business.
This is a hybrid role where you will be working from our Central London office at least once a week and also on client sites as required. The remainder of your time can be worked from home of from a WeWork location of your choosing.
