Description
Ashbrookes Estate Agents are located in Middlesbrough and Acklam. We are currently looking for an admin assistant to join the team.

The role will consist of but is not limited to:


  • Welcoming visitors to the building
  • Booking viewings for colleagues and organising diary schedules
  • Organising filing systems and updating office databases
  • Processing invoices, tracking receipts, inputting expenses and other basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Ordering new office equipment, such as stationery, printer refills or staff uniforms
  • Scheduling office meetings between teams, managers and departments
  • Responding to questions and requests for information
  • Inputting information into the system
  • Updating Rightmove advertisements
  • Updating records and completing all paperwork
  • Carrying out viewings from time to time
Having admin experience is desirable but not essential as training can be provided.

A friendly attitude and excellent customer service skills are required as essentially you will be the first port of contact.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£18,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

  • Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
