Telesales Executive - Colnbook - £25k-£30k plus commission
A specialist Logistics company with an enviable list of household name clients have a brand new opening for several Telesales Executives to join them as they start their journey to double revenue within the next 5 years.
Having received PE investment they are now in a position to strengthen their lead generation team to support the Business Development Managers with qualified leads.
Up to £30k basic salary
Uncapped commission

Job role of the Telesales Executive:
Sales calls to prospective or lapsed clients
Prospect for leads and perform cold-calling to build a strong pipeline
Confident using different methods for generating leads (cold calls / email / social media / events etc)
Book meetings for the business development team.
Understand the customers' needs and tailor the service to their needs
Update customers about new launches and record customers reactions to new products
Be aware of the latest industry trends.
Who/what are we looking for?
Outbound telesales experience
Excellent telephone manner
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Tenacity and ability to handle rejection.
Knowledge of sales software and CRM systems
Resilient and positive nature
Able to work as part of a team and achieve team goals and targets
