- Einführung der kundenspezifischen Lösung in Zusammenarbeit mit Business Requriement Engeneering, Solution Architect und Configurator/Integrator und fortlaufender Ausbau der Geschäftsbeziehung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktentwicklungsteam, um Kundenfeedback zu sammeln und in die Weiterentwicklung der Produkte einfliessen zu lassen.Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketing- und Vertriebsstrategien und -zielen sowie Berichterstattung über den Vertriebsfortschritt.
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Vertrieb von IT-Produkten, idealerweise im Bereich Auftragsmanagement und Saas-Lösungen
- Gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Immobilienwirtschaft (Bestandshalter, Verwalter, Anbieter von ERP- und Property Management Systemen, Prop Techs)
- Exzellente Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten, einschließlich der Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Konzepte verständlich zu erklären.
- Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und Fähigkeit, Kundenanforderungen zu verstehen und maßgeschneiderte Lösungen anzubieten.
