HR Digital Project Support Officer – 9 Month Fixed Term ContractHR Digital Project Support Officer – 9 Month Fixed Term Contract
Express Recruitment are working in partnership with one of Nottingham's biggest employers who are recruiting for an excellent interim opportunity for an individual who has a wealth of experience within HR Operations, to join their digital core project implementation team.
The role is a fixed term contract until January 2025 – however if the project runs longer then there is a possibility for extension beyond this.
The successful candidate will receive a starting salary of up to c£43,000 pro rata, with an excellent benefits package along with hybrid working opportunities.
Coordinate with the wider HR Team to facilitate the achievement of project milestones and outcomes within the teamConduct user acceptance testing to ensure the effectiveness and functionality of training manuals
Provide design assurance to ensure the quality and reliability of solutions
Facilitate training sessions to equip stakeholders with the necessary skills for implementation
Drive change management and engagement efforts to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of digital solutions
Actively participate in project management activities to ensure timely delivery and alignment with organisational goals
Remain adaptable to evolving project requirements and priorities to support successful project delivery
Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and procedures
Experienced in delivering complex digital projects
Degree educated or project management qualifications highly advantageous
Demonstrable experience in producing HR system training documentation and creating user stories highly advantageous
Posses a flexible attitude to work with the ability to change direction at speed
