- Conduct thorough assessments of patients, including those with diverse or complex conditions, utilising diagnostic skills to identify needs and consider medical, psychological, social, environmental, and cultural factors.
- Employ advanced clinical reasoning to: interpret findings in relation to presenting issues/diagnose problems effectively/develop personalised management and treatment plans through collaborative discussions with patients, delivering specialised, evidence-based care using various treatment modalities.
- Serve as a clinical resource within the team, offering guidance to other entities as needed.
- Provide comprehensive information to ensure patients' understanding, cooperation, compliance, and consent.
- Seek clinical advice and support from colleagues within and outside the organisation for ongoing professional development.
- Take the lead in devising and implementing evidence-based clinical protocols in collaboration with the Service Lead.
- Demonstrate competence in treating patients individually and in group or class settings.
- Degree or equivalent within Physiotherapy.
- HCPC registration.
