- Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize the efficiency and longevity of company assets.
- Conduct regular assessments of asset performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure proper maintenance, repair, and replacement of assets as needed.
- Manage asset inventory and documentation, including asset tracking, depreciation, and valuation.
- Analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions regarding asset allocation, utilization, and retirement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in asset management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and monitor asset budgets and forecasts.
- Electrical or Mechanical qualifications, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in asset management, preferably in the facilities or property management sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in asset management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to asset management.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CMRP, IAM) are a plus.
