Description
Rowanbrook Care Home is looking to recruit a Receptionist
Our purpose-built care home is based in Walsall, provides high quality specialist care for 59-residents.
A key element of the role requires effective communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to develop good relationships with residents, relatives, employees, and external professionals is essential.
Receptionist Contract
11.44 per hour.
Contracted to 40-hours per week. (alternate weekends)
Pension.
5.6 weeks annual leave (Full-time contract)
DBS.
Onsite parking.
Responsibilities
To answer incoming telephone calls and route them accordingly or deal positively with any resulting enquiries.
To sort through incoming mail and distribute accordingly.
To respond positively to any face-to-face enquiries and help where possible to both visitors and clients.
To provide secretarial support, maintain records and provide updated resident information on a daily/weekly basis.
General filing and record maintenance.
Photocopying.
To work towards company policies and assist and contribute where possible.
Any other duties considered reasonable by the manager or proprietor.
As Receptionist, you will ensure the care homes high standards are always maintained and that each team member treats residents in the way that they would like to be treated.
