    What does this role involve?

    As a Product Manager , you will play a key role in helping to shape and deliver our exciting pipeline of products and features. As part of a growing Product team, you will have the opportunity to help define the concept, development, and delivery processes as well as support the management team in establishing a sustainable and productive pace of development.

    Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Engage in stakeholder and customer discovery to establish their needs and how we can create value through our products.
    • Ensure our product and business objectives are clearly defined enabling robust requirements writing and clarity for the technical teams of what we are building and why.
    • Creating and maintaining a product roadmap in conjunction with the management team, to support strategic direction.
    • Carry out the role of 'Product Owner' within the Scrum setting, supporting and delivering on the requirements of all ceremonies.
    • Working with the Head of Product, development team and other stakeholders to prioritise user stories and development tasks and ensure the availability of clear development timelines.
    • Facilitating and participating in workshops and development meetings, including ideation workshops and project kick-offs.
    • Providing a clear communication and feedback channel between product and business teams, to ensure that development teams have all of the information they need to deliver the right product, at the right time.

    Requirements

    You will need:

    • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner for a software or hardware product, especially concerning IoT or robotics.
    • A solid understanding of the software development cycle as a minimum. Hands-on experience of software development is a bonus.
    • Experience and appreciation of hardware development processes.
    • Extensive knowledge of agile workflows, development practices, and other methods for delivering high-quality software.
    • Excellent communication skills and experience working with customers and team members from a variety of different backgrounds.
