Deliver bespoke and tailor-made support for young people with complex needs, particularly those exhibiting challenging behaviour.To help us take our ability to make a difference to the next level, we are looking for a forward-thinking and proactive Manager to guide established teams through the Ofsted registration process.
Continue to deliver unwavering support your team so we can ensure we consistently exceed regulatory standards set by Ofsted and deliver the most effective person-centred care to our young people.
Our Registered Manager (Ofsted) will have:At least 2 years' experience working within a residential childcare setting.
At least 1 years' experience in a leadership role within a residential childcare setting.
Knowledgeable and experienced in working under relevant legislation and policies, such as Children's Homes Regulations, Children and Families Act, Social Care Common Inspection Framework, Health and Social Care, Person Centred Planning and Safeguarding.
Ideally Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent.What we can offer our Registered Manager (Ofsted):
