    Gecko Travel Recruitment are delighted to be working with this expanding luxury travel company based in West Kent who are looking for a Finance Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.

    As Finance Assistant you will work closely with the Head of Finance to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial operations.

    Minimum 3 years' experience in an accounts role within travel is essential to be considered for this role.
    Please note that this is a fully office based role in West Kent.

    Processing and payment of invoicesPreparation and submission of monthly VAT returnsInvestigation and resolution of supplier and travel partners queriesPreparation and monitoring payment of sales invoices and chasing commissionMonthly reportingYou will have:3-5 years experience in a similar accounts role (essential)

    Previous experience working in the travel industry Strong attention to detail and accuracyProficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)Ability to work to strict deadlinesKnowledge of Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP (advantageous)Additional Information:
