This pivotal role will operate in a hybrid capacity out of one of our offices near Oxfordshire, where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.
Collaborate across functions with Engineering, Attributes, Finance, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams to strike the perfect balance between customer needs, brand identity, and business objectives.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a profound understanding of the automotive industry and its evolving landscape—covering customer preferences, emerging trends, and cutting-edge technologies.
Attribute and technology benchmarking and futuringStay up to date on our current competitors and emerging technology.
You will help organise competitor vehicle benchmarking events and use your first hand experience with these cars to influence our targets.
Technology RoadmapsWorking with the engineering teams, you will monitor what new technology is being developed and what their implementation dates are.
You will support the Innovation and Customer Experience team with writing feature definitions for how our customers will interact with the new technologies we are introducing onto the vehicles.
Select programme content to meet customer, financial, attribute and technical requirementsA full UK/EU driving licence
Experience working with Vehicle Attributes in the Automotive sector desired
Knowledge of market trends in the automotive and technology sectors
Exposure to automotive legislative and regulatory environment.
Must be able to define and execute business processes and understand the importance of formal process to reduce risk and variance.
PC literate – highly competent in Excel (able to construct and manage complex spreadsheets) and PowerPoint (able to independently produce powerful presentations).
