We are seeking a self-motivated, responsible individual to support our two charities with administrative duties. You must be reliable, friendly and trustworthy.
Knowledge/experience around using computer systems and software, marketing, surveys, notetaking, financial recording, applying for grants/funding and understanding the importance of confidentiality required.
Your role will be to help both organisations to manage our day-to-day administrative running, working with Staff, Trustees and volunteers both in specific tasks and in wider projects where appropriate.

Job Description
Duties:
· To provide administrative support to Staff, Trustees and Volunteers as required, including accurate record keeping.
· Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.
· Producing publicity information, posters, articles and flyers.
· Support with maintaining member records.
· Monitor and communicate relevant information relating to both charities to members, partners and the general public.
· To deal with enquiries and refer/signpost (as appropriate) either to Staff, Trustees, volunteers or other agencies.
· Contribute to the charities' social media page(s), entering new posts / activities in a timely manner.
· Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock and sourcing the most appropriate and cost affective items.
· Any other administrative type duties appropriate to the role.
