    This is a fantastic opportunity for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join a friendly team of like-minded technical specialists, and benefit from long-term investment into your technical development.

    You will be partially responsible for the general maintenance of two distinct properties, with duties including hanging/refixing items, basic plumbing and door maintenance and pool plant operational tasks, for which training will be provided.

    This role would suit a Facilities Maintenance Technician or Handyperson looking to benefit from flexible working hours, continuous professional development and a promising long-term career.

    General maintenance work on two unique properties in Bath
    Standard working week, Monday to Friday with flexible hours (6am-2pm, 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm etc)
    Will involve working one in every five weekends, which is paid extra, and will have time off given in lieu
    Will ideally have previous experience of general maintenance on properties
